Survey on training needs of employees in tourism industry
The survey main purpose is to identify the current training needs in the tourism occupational fields of 1) Reception - Front office; 2) Housekeeping; and 3) Restaurants and bars that are required by unskilled and semi-skilled employees, their general managers and their trainers.
A few minutes is all it takes to answer the survey questionnaire (available in English and Greek) and to record the actual training needs of employees in tourism and hospitality.

The survey on new skills and training needs of unskilled and semi-skilled employees within the tourism sector is carried out in the frame of the European project titled ‘CORE-VET’ which aims to develop an innovative and interactive e-learning platform, in order to provide flexible and self-development environment that will increase work-skills, performance and, consequently, job satisfaction. Furthermore, the answers will reflect the diverse perspectives of tourism and hospitality working environment in Croatia, Austria, Greece, Cyprus and Romania.
